The house where Emidio Pepe himself was born and the place where he firstly started to make wine. When we completely renovated this house few years ago we had the idea of making it an extension of our house, where to welcome wine lovers from all over the world and let them experience our little corner of Abruzzo. We offer all that we have and love: the landscape of the central Appennins, wonderful beaches, rolling hills all in between and the most peaceful surroundings. Seven rooms and two apartments large and comfortable, furnished with sobriety and elegance, provided with all comforts.
We built this unique bio-resort with the most updated criteria of eco-sustainability and powered by solar paneling. All this to be able to welcome you with warmth and make your stay unforgettable.
You can spend beautiful days in a familiar atmosphere, discovering the hidden gems that Abruzzo secretly treasure. Rooms
Seven double rooms and two apartments decorated with taste and sobriety to make you feel at home. Let yourself be lulled by the chirping of the birds and the relaxing view on the Emidio Pepe vineyards and on the Corno Grande, the highest peak of the Apennines.
Every morning, you will have the pleasure to savor homemade cakes, made with organic wholewheat flour, freshly produced jams, yogurt, cereals, fruit juices and more to accompany your awakening. You can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, walking outdoors or simply relax by the bio-pool.
One Room Apartment
The one room apartment, with its view on the Emidio Pepe vineyards, offers a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Double Bedrooms
These beautifully decorated rooms all feature a kings-size bed, a private bathroom with shower and breathtaking views on the surrounding valley and vineyards. In some rooms it is also possible to add an extra bed. Averagely 30 sqm. Sleeps 2-3 people.
Two Rooms Apartment
The two bedrooms apartment consists of one bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (a third single bed can be added), living room with sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry. The apartment is ideal for larger families that also wants to take advantage of the kitchen.

Farm to Table Restaurant
We prepare our dishes with the same philosophy of authenticity that we apply to wines. In the evening we offer a menu that celebrates time and place in Abruzzo, paired with Emidio Pepe wines. We use mainly ingredients grown in our farm according to biodynamic principles or purchased from local producers, that we know personally.
We have a set tasting menu that changes according to the availability of seasonal products, therefore, in case of allergies or intolerances, please communicate this at the time of booking. The possibility of dining at the restaurant is also extended to guests outside the Agriturismo.

Bio-Pool
Our bio pool has been realized using only natural materials: quartz modeled on the soil and the water sanitation happens exclusively with mineral salts without any chlorine. It is at complete disposal of the guests of the Agriturismo, it is surrounded by the Abruzzo countryside and its beautiful hills, from the pool you have a beautiful view on the Gran Sasso.

It is the best way we know to lead you in a journey through our production philosophy and through the discovery of our wines, their characteristics, their ability to evolve in the glass.
